  1. Hip - While standing relaxed with your feet together, measure the fullest part of your lower hips. Be sure to go over your buttocks. Keep your measuring tape straight for the most accurate result!
  2. Waist - Measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline. It lies between your bottom ribs and your hip bones. For the most accurate measurement, relax your stomach, and leave a quarter-inch of slack.
  3. Inseam - Your inseam is the distance from your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle. Take your best-fitting pants, lay them flat on the floor, and measure from the crotch seam to the hem at the end of your pants.
  4. Front Rise - Grab your favorite pair of pants and start at the end of the crotch seam and measure straight up to the top of the front waistband.
