What size should I buy?

Our products are available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate different body types. Please check our size guide on each product page to find the perfect fit for you.

Can I buy online & pick up in store?

Yes! We offer local pick up at our Las Vegas location.

How do I make changes to my order?

Before placing your order, please double check all final details as no changes can be made once ordered. If you wish to cancel your completed order, we need to be contacted within 30 mins of order placement. 

Where are products shipped from?

Las Vegas, NV.

My order was not delivered on the estimated delivery date.

We understand delays are no fun! Unfortunately once your package leaves our warehouse, any delays that occur are out of our control. Please always check your tracking as it will give you the latest update.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a $10 flat rate for Basic Shipping. Other shipping options, like FedEx 2 Day or Standard Overnight, have varying costs based on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping prices and delivery dates vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or fees incurred. For any additional questions regarding any custom and duty fees, please reach out to your local Fedex customer service. .

Why is my discount code not working?

If you are having trouble with a valid discount code, please confirm the correct code is being entered with accurate spelling and is being used on valid sale products. If you continue to have any troubles, please feel free to contact us!

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We accept exchanges or store credit for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase, excluding swimwear and sale items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

How do I submit an exchange?

To submit a return, log in to your account on our website, follow the prompts to request a return, and provide a reason for the return. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.

Are returns free of charge?

Resoluna will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label for all approved returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping for international returns.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How long does it take to process my exchange or store credit?

Exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned order at our warehouse.

Do you offer refunds for returns?

At this time, we do not offer refunds to payment for returns.
