  1. Bust - While standing up straight, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape passing under the arms. Find your Band size by wrapping the measuring tape around your ribcage, just under your breasts. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
  2. Cup - To find your cup size, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference equals the letter of your cup size. Round uneven numbers up to the nearest whole number. Example: 1" = A, 2"=B, 3"=C... 5"=DD.
